Has everything the average gym-goer will need, with a good selection of cardio equipment, free weigh

4/ 5

Has everything the average gym-goer will need, with a good selection of cardio equipment, free weights and strength machines - but expect to be working out in relatively close proximity to others. Staff are friendly and helpful

1/ 5

I was interested in joining this gym but no one ever works here. I called three times - once I spoke to someone and let them know I finish work at 2pm and would pop by after then to sign up and the man on the phone said that was okay because they would be there till 5pm but when I went there at 3pm, no one was there, lights where off and no one answered the phone. I also swung by a couple of times during their advertised staff hours and no one was there either. I left voicemails on their answering machine and never got a response I also filled out a form on their website and still no response. I eventually went to snap fitness and it was a much better experience. I would recommend going there instead. :)

Horrible effort by the staff here. I had a faulty key fob while I’m working away and they didn’t

1/ 5

Horrible effort by the staff here. I had a faulty key fob while I’m working away and they didn’t want to know about it. Called over 20 times within staffed hours with no answer and emails not replied to. In the end the gym here in Qld had to intervene and get it sorted. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
