Have only experienced the flotation tank after a session was gifted to me. Overall quite impressed with Re-Boot. Flotation tank was good however as it was quite a hot day could only think how nice this would be on a colder day ! It did get a little warm in there as I noticed the heat was rising from the depth of the tank. Staff member that showed me through was friendly and professional and I was also impressed with cafe as I walked in and the range of healthy options. Protein pancakes and slices etc. For another day...

I have been a member of Re-Boot for a few years now. I absolutely love the mums and bubs classes. They are challenging, fun and flexible. Michael has encouraged me to lift heavy weights (something I haven't been comfortable or supported to do in any other gym). I actually enjoy my morning routine and have never felt stronger. My children love coming along and always have fun playing in the kids area with Rachel. I have also accessed the massage therapy, which has helped so much to ease my back pain. Thank you Michael for a great set up and amazing team.

I will be celebrating a year of membership at Reboot next month and cannot thank Michael enough. My health was compromised when I initially started however Michael provided me with a workout program that suited my needs and now I have fully recovered and feel stronger than ever. Having the wellness center in the same premises is so convenient when you work long hours. It's so easy to book the therapies and so helpful in muscle recovery. Who would have thought that I would enjoy waking up to exercise! I love the classes, enjoy the banter with the other members and working out at Re-Boot is now an integral part of my lifestyle.

I absolutely love the Mum's and Bub's class at Re-Boot! It's a welcoming, friendly, supportive and fun environment. Michael knows how to challenge his clients and achieve results however is always able to adjust exercises according to where you are on your fitness journey. I always feel comfortable leaving my daughter with Rachael in the creche and know she will be well looked after.

Fairly average experience. They were more worried re the cleaning after wards then the actual experience .did not feel like it was that enjoyable was just told its self service . So I'm not sure if the towel was for the ground or after the float .lol. prob just standard gorup on experience .not sure why some places bother. Would been nice to get asked how it was .not ignored on way out . Like an inconvenience. Lol
