Staff really need training and coaching on how to sell with elegance. after 3 second of stepping foot through the door we were pounced on! Now I like good attentive customer service however to be asked a total of 6 times in the space of 5 minuets, its a little overwhelming, not to mention the tropical heat condition and hard house trance music booming out when you're trying to shop for a gift. I appreciate the staff are all young and eager to get a sale as they are commission rates but maybe scale down the staff to customer ratio or communicate who has asked which customer. There really is no wonder retail is struggling, I would have preferred to pay 30% extra and go online.
