I asked for a size 12 uk ecco multi-vent goretex shoe and the staff member went to get them and bought out what i assumed to be a size 12 uk and i tried them on in store of which they felt a bit tight on but thought they would wear in when i got home 124 miles later i found them to be a size eu 46 uk11 not a uk 12 looked the shoes up online on ecco website and found they dont do them in a uk12 so i have now got to take them back for a refund of which the Cambridge store to be my nearest to me so my time and fuel to return do to somebody giving me the wrong size shoes poor customer service at ecco offered me a 10% online discount as compensation/inconvenience i dont think so will never shop this brand ever again very poor experience all-round customer service dept in Poland. minus one star rating in reality
