Metro Bank bath

Went In a few weeks ago to use the coin changer. Which changes you coins for free.Isaac helped me out and showed me how to use the machine. He is a credit to the Bank so polite and helpful. Thank you very much.

I received excellent service from Isaac at Metro Bank Bath today. I've been a customer of Metro Bank for years now and it's great that they are now opening branches beyond the South East. It's the friendly and personalised face to face service that keeps me banking with them. Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience at this branch. The staff are friendly and efficient, a world away from certain other high street banks I can think of. This will be my primary branch for business banking from now on.

I gave one star only because I cannot give zero stars. In November my girlfriend attempted to withdraw cash from one of their cash machines only for the transaction to time out. She then tried again only for the transaction to time out again. We informed the bank that this was happening toba long line of people and that maybe the machines should be turned off, only to be told they were aware the machines weren't working and to keep trying. We later discovered that our bank had been debited and three weeks later we are still trying to get over 200 pounds back in time for Christmas. Absolutely ridiculous!

Top bloke at the counter immediately took me to one of his desks and reset my pin for me. Would recommend.

I love metro bank!! They are really really professional and customer orientated. I have never had such fantastic banking experience. They put all the other high street bully banks to shame.

We have been using Metro Bank in Bath now for some time, i just wanted people to realise what a Total Breath of freshness they are, open 7 days a week and long opening times, every time i have an enquiry they amaze me every time i ask a question they respond so positively and their policies are way so different to the likes of Barclays - Lloyds & the like! Truly incredible staff and Bank policies are so different to the normal uk Banks!
