Nice staff, very welcoming, but your opening times are ridiculous, imagaine being self employed so you have to physically pay your money in, working 9-5.30 and Saturdays, and the bank opens 10-4 and closes on a Saturday, what work hours is that? I was going to give 3 but taking it down to 2 as it’s annoyed me writing this, please please open normal work hours so we can use you!!!

The customer service we received today was exceptional! We had an appointment to discuss opening a new account and we were offered a tea or coffee by the friendly lady who greeted us, I've never had that in a bank before! Karen who met with us was incredibly nice and even though we were unable to open an account in the end as we didn't have proof of address, she tried every avenue to help us get this and was so lovely throughout the whole thing even after it was clear that we wouldn't be able to sign up. All the customers who came in while we were there were treated like old friends and it is clear that good old customer service is the highest priority at this bank.

Took forever to do the simplest thing! Even stopped to have a good chat with one of her colleagues for a while, then kept questioning where I got my money from like she didn't believe my answer.

My husband went to pay cheque into our account and wanted some cash out in 10 pond notes and was told by a very non pleasant manager that he was causing her risks as he could get his money out of the machine and pay his cheque in he said she was very rude we all are in a uncertain time and stress I suggest she stays home if she can't cope
