Absolutely disgusted about how my parents were treated in this shop. One of the cashiers were so rude and belittling to my parents that was being served by a separate cashier who was lovely. However the young girl on the till next to her decided to get involved in their conversation and in front of other customers embarrassed and belittled my parents one of which is disabled! Absolutely appalling and needs to be dealt with, as to treat any customer as she did them is not okay.

Steph who says she is the manager of the store is really rude and sets a bad example to her team. Really poor customer service. Personally I try to avoid this store at all costs

We went with our newborn son to feed him. The manager of the cafe was lovely and made us feel at home. There's a baby nurture room to breastfeed and change him. Very baby friendly - highly recommended. The milkshake was good too...
