After my experience with this company they do not deserve any stars but was made to give it one. Ordered some shiplap cladding for a job early on a Friday morning. The guy on sales assured us that we would have our delivery the following Monday.Tuesday the latest. After waiting until after lunchtime on Tuesday we decided to call to confirm the delivery was still on. We were told that they didn't have enough stock in the warehouse and they would not be getting any in until Friday and our delivery wouldn't be until the next Monday. we decided to stick with it as we had other work to get on with. Monday came and went. Another call was made and by this time we needed our materials, we we told that it wouldn't be with us til Tuesday. Still nothing by 1.45pm Tuesday so yet another call was made. this time the sales guy said it wasn't even loaded on their lorry yet and we wouldn't be getting it until Thursday. Which is when we cancelled the order as we were not confident we would even get it then and got a refund. This company should be avoided

Have used them before successfully however I just had a bad experience. They cancelled my order due to a mistake in their own pricing without contacting me (no missed call or VM message left). Now I'm left without the fittings then I need this week, very poor. No offer to assist with shipping etc!! Be careful with your timings and their pricing!!

Bought an Evolution carport from Master plastics. The price was reasonable and when it arrived it was well packaged to avoid damage. What was disappointing was the lack of correspondence after I had purchased the goods. No date of delivery was confirmed, no communication on the day of delivery to tell me it was being delivered. The first time I knew of it being delivered was when the driver phone me from outside the property, I was working 30 miles away from the delivery point. I was debating whether to give 3 stars but for price and good packaging I gave a 4. Please improve your customer service.

Terrible, driver delivered items, some items were missing, i told the driver I didn’t want to accept it, he then told me to call the company and drove off. Called the company who said all 3 polycarbonate sheets were delivered when only 1 was, they then told me that was impossible as they weighed the items and the note says 3 and in 8 years he has never experienced a delivery go out incorrectly and blamed me for measuring incorrectly. Ended up spending an extra £130 on more sheets. Terrible customer service

Crooks! I bought gutters, soffit board and associated fitting from this "company" You may think, why the quotes? Simple. They are not a company, they are a bunch of crooks. I placed my order on the 26th June. I opened it on the weekend of the 6th/7th July. As per the picture really, I'd been sent a bag of snakes vs what I had bought and paid for. Anyway, I contact them expecting a replacement/refund, perhaps even an apology. I effectively got told (on email) stiff droppings mate. Company policy is seven days, so we are already on holiday with your money. I'm now looking into where I stand with both PayPal and small claims as this is clearly ridiculous and so a moan on facebook, google and twitter will have to do for now.

Placed an order online for something that was meant to be in stock and on 2 days delivery. After a week of waiting I rang them and they said the particular item is on 12 weeks lead time... Managed to change the order to something similar that was suitable and had it delivered week after, but if I didn't ring I would be clueless

They gave u the option for different departments, to make it easier for u But they never answer the fone.

I bought a composite Rock Door from them, within a year it had delaminated, causing a big bubble to appear under the GRP skin. I have phoned and emailed to try and get a replacement sent out under the manufacturers guarantee but Master Plastics have done nothing about it and ignored my messages. Stay well clear if you earn your living through repeat business/word of mouth.

Sent wrong part, rang through to Bristol Team and Robin sent a replacement out in 48hrs no problems, great customer service. Thank u :-)

Got everything that we wanted.
