I have been bringing my car to this garage for three years, both for MOT and servicing, and I am quite satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the pricing. They were not able to deal with more complex issues (hence only the 4 stars), but they were honest with it and never charged me for any investigation that they could not solve. I definitely recommend.

first time was ok..nice local, seems trusty people....then a year ago: got break pad changed...but they were noising and i had to go 4 times before they decide to review them and discover that they did mount them wrongly.Since then the break are not the same as before. i wanted to give a 2nd chance and got the service with them and once i get back the car after an hour the cover under the car come off(they did not fix it properly)..they come and fix it but since then the service is due soon alarm pop every day. i brought the car but it still coming up on the screen. then i brought the car to change a Bulb on the rear break light..i brought my own bulb as well.....really i thought that they will tell me "this is on us thanks for trust us even if we fail", instead they charge me £26 for changing a light!!! I send an email to them to complain about the experience..they never kindly reply and explain their reasons. then i went back to fix the "service due soon" alarm ...again and i was the owner that recognise my self for the one of the email and did not have the manner to say something regarding....like he did not care less of my experience. good luck if you are going to use them

I had something that needing fixing fairly urgently and when I first called, despite not being able to book my car in for a week, the receptionist recommended other garages and gave me their numbers which I thought was incredibly helpful - in this situation the priority was getting my car fixed, not getting it booked in specifically with them. In the end I did book it in with them and they were very good. Quickly fixed the problem and kept me updated the whole time on estimated price. When collecting the car they helpfully noted some advisories to keep in mind for things that may need looking at soon which was good. Overall, really good value and friendly, professional staff.
