Excellent service from the sales and production team at Nitron. NTR shock ordered, built and delivered within a week for my Triumph 1050 Sport. Fitted a treat, can't wait to get on the road with it. Great example of a first class British designed and well built engineered product. Would 100% recommend to others if your looking for a great quality product at a competitive price.

This is my second purchase of a rear shock from Nitron. The first shock was bought about 2 years ago was to replace a harsh rear shock on a Kawasaki ZX9R E1 2000 model and I was a little sceptical at first if there would be much improvement?! Blimey, was I wrong as night and day difference....amazing transformation!!! On this knowledge I've just purchased another rear shock for a Honda CB1000R 2019 not fitted as yet but I expect the same results as before! Thank you Nitron Team! (Lead time for delivery was very fast ordering direct with the company)

I wanted to get my FJR1300 Nitron shock serviced and from the very first contact through to getting the shock back on my bike and some follow up stuff they where 100% on the ball big thanks to Adam, Lauren & the back room technician guys fantastic customer service. I bought a set for my Seven a few years ago. I informed them of the weight and for road use, once fitted I was very disappointed as the ride was so hard the suspension would hardly move even with the soft springs. When I informed them of the problem I was told i would be charged for re valving them at considerable cost to myself. And I was told if I opened them I would be charged for a full re build on a set of new shocks that were wrongly built and supplied by NITRON. I was not happy with there service or attitude so BE WARNED. As I work on off road motor cycle suspension I stripped and did the job myself. I found the pistons holes way to small and would not flow the oil through for a light car. Once I had rectified the problem they work great with the same shims and springs. So obviously I was sold what was on the shelf and they were never tested on there dyno like I was told. Lazy or incompetent and bad aftersales service? I now use QUANTUM SHOCKS and the guys are only to willing to supply you the best.
