He gave us a really good deal on the car and was always there at the end of the phone if we needed anything, even after buying the car. Worst Dealership I’ve ever been to! Sold me two cars with major engine or driveshaft problems. First I owned for 11 months and drove it for at the most 3 months, the rest of the time it was in for repairs! Mechanics constantly couldn't find the issue despite it was always down on power and making terrible noises. Eventually, I refused to take it back from them. This was swapped with another car that is even worse! Gearbox, timing chain, air box, steering rack and clutch bearing all needed replacing within a year of each other. Honestly if I could give them no stars I would. They have ruined my life and love of cars. Now they won’t even communicate with me when I asked for them to cover some (not all) of these costs? Nightmare dealership - you’ve been warned!

I can't rate Marshall Salisbury highly enough. I bought my mini with the help of Tom King who provided an excellent service throughout the process. Tom went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly taking time to thoroughly explain my new vehicle. He also helped with my private plate swap, doing everything on line for me. It has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Tom and thank you Marshall.

We were exceptionally well looked after by Tom. Nothing was too much trouble throughout and he spent ages late on a Friday making a surprise handover for my wife a real experience and life long memory. Would highly recommend, even if you're not local like us.
