Mana Spa – coventry

Yesterday was my first day, and I was already absolutely so delighted to join, I cannot forget the outstanding, and second to non customer service I received from the receptionist lady of Mana Spa, she is the kindest, respectful, professional Receptionist I have ever seen so far in Coventry. The Gym is equipped with latest machines, you don't even need someone to instruct you the machines or or someone to show you, each and every machine has small touch screen which you can watch all the instructions step by step. The Spa which contains Marvellous luxurious jacuzzi and spa rooms (Steam and Sauna) is mind-boggling, clean, wide, and you don't want to leave, when ypu get in, it really worth every penny. The staff are amazing and friendly.

On arrival staff were extremely friendly and polite. We were shown the way around. There were lots of smiley faces. As for the treatments we got, they were amazing, the facial was beautiful and back massage was extremely relaxing. Thankyou to Anastasia for the great experience. Rooms and facilities were clean and smelt fresh. Highly recommend Mana spa Coventry !

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, they were really nice. Large massage beds, efficient staff. Nice jacuzzi. The swimming pool is far to cold.

Always an amazing and superb professional with every appointment. Very lovely and definitely outstanding spa therapist. Will always book with Jenny. Overall, great experience and will recommend.
