Big, open and bright. There is a leg machine for every muscle, plenty of cardio machines and plenty of upper body equipment. Lots of fitness classes to choose from. If you time it well you can have the gym to yourself. Staff are always helpful especially a lad called Jordan. He helped me sign up and is always helpful, humble and smiling.

Think it's extremely unfair that you're cashless due to the fact that a lot of people will not be able to use your facilities due either not having a card to pay with or the Internet. Its very unfair on those people

Booking service on line dreadful if you want swimming for children and staff at the centre in person

1/ 5

Booking service on line dreadful if you want swimming for children and staff at the centre in person are trained to direct you to book online. If trying to call on the phone - make a cuppa and sit back for a never answered phone! If you are calling about a gym membership and choose that call option - then ignore the above they will answer the phone and be so helpful!

No online option to book swimming for 1 adult and 4 children. Tried calling but i would have needed to change that to 5 adults judging by the length of time I was on hold. Gave up!

1/ 5

The actual swimming centre is okay if you go at weekends. During the weekdays they have the lines up as if it's a fitness gym swim and not just a swim for all even though it says it was on the booking information. And if you book and cancel that booking 5 days in advance they still take your money. Not going again just in case another emergency happens and they take another £20.
