If I could give this company a 0 star score I would. I have never encountered a company so unorganised, useless and out right rude as this one. Mauricio is the most arrogant and obnoxious sales man I have ever encountered, he thinks he is a Brazilian god! Jenny and Mauricio are the most disfunctional, incoherent and unorganised members of staff on the books. Nick the store manager is completely spineless and hides behind the phone and email system. Send all your deliveries to the wrong address despite being told 8 times of the correct address. Call you a liar. Breach all contracts. Tell you it will take a week to install a kitchen which in fact takes a at least 3 weeks. Tell you you can’t tailor a package despite the website saying you can. They don’t return any calls. Send their resolution contractors at different times you agree too. Charge you an earth for a kitchen that bows and bends all over the place despite it being their top of the range kitchen. Compensate you a pittance when they cost you a fortune in lost wages. So pop along if you want to be bent over a barrel and taken for a mug!

Booked online a 90 minute appointment for a kitchen designer at Magnet Cribbs Causeway. Received email confirmation and turned-up 10 minutes early for a look around prior to our meeting. Whilst looking around the showroom, a male member of staff asked why we were there, we explained we had an appointment with a designer at 2.30pm and he responded "Oh, ok!" and returned to his screen. After 10 minutes browsing we looked for someone to show us to our designer. We spoke to a young man who was confused about our (email confirmed) appointment and then referred us to a woman still eating her lunch apparently (at 2.30pm). She was no better and said that she could see an appointment had been made but the system was showing a different time and name (really!). She said they had no designer free and that we would have to wait for another hour or rebook, No apology and the woman continued stuffing her face throughout. Needless to say, we left and will not be returning to this very rude and unprofessional outfit. Shame we can't award no stars in this review!

Absolutely appalling service and no accountability from the branch manager. The initial issues began when the Rangemaster cooker hadn't been delivered and on contacting Magnet to ask why we hadn't received it, they confirmed that there were delays from the manufacturer and we wouldn't get it for 4 months. Absolutely no pro-activity in sourcing from elsewhere and they didn't seem to care that this would impact the install. I was able to source it separately within 3 days and after much back and forth magnet finally agreed to credit the amount I paid. However, it took 8 weeks and a lot of chasing for this credit to go through! We then had issues with incorrect taps being supplied, incorrect handles, one of the larder units was incorrect and to top it all off, when the cabinetry was fitted in the utility room, the back door clashed despite assurances from the designer this would not happen. The install commenced nearly 9 weeks ago and the the fitter that Magnet use, due to personal issues, has still not been able come back to finish off the job. Again, Magnet have not proactively engaged another kitchen fitter and I am now having to get a private fitter to finish off the work. Stay clear of using this branch, as the skeleton staff simply don't care.

Been here twice now, by appointment, and the skeleton staff just aren't bothered. On the second occasion we had to get the attention of a cleaner just to let us in! They wouldn't even let me use the toilet after driving 45 minutes to get there. It's a stark contrast to the Wren Kitchens showroom virtually opposite, where customers are given a real welcome, drinks and biscuits, and you can visit the toilet!

Used this store because we thought the units were more solid than other places but when we returned from holiday to see the backs of the units butchered with a jigsaw for convenience of fitting we made a complaint and nick the manager said let the fitter complete the job and look then it was finished when worktops and side panels are on so then you wont see the butchered units went to the store to see him he said we wont replace the units if i come out and it is to magnet standard all fine and wont replace the units now if theres a chance of vermin in the house they can go around the house through the gaps instead of being contained in 1 unit see other reviews plans were changed without telling us and fitter not coming to remeasure said it would take 10 days only took 5,1/becuase he only turned up 3 days on 1st week avoid thhis store customer service is terrible and only pay deposit until your satisfied with the work we unfortunately paid 9000 so we are going to the ombudsmen as they are totally unreasonable and dont care because they have your money beware see natashas review she got it right dont go to this store
