Had my windows and doors done last week and I must say they did a smashing job! The customer service department were super helpful and friendly. The guys who did the fitting were absolutely brilliant! They arrived on time and I was really pleased with how the finished product looked. I would definitely recommend this company as one of the best out there.

MF Plastics fitted a front door for us back 01/12/2020. Door was fitted absolutely perfect. But had to call out the installer some time after as we couldn’t open the door. This was rectified. It has now happened again and we cannot get someone to look at it as no one is available today after 16.30 and we can get someone to come and sort it out till tomorrow. Would have got 5* but would have expected this to have been a priority. Now have to clear the garage for a way out of the house.

Had a quote on the 8th June 21 from the salesman called Nick. He measured up, my front door, bay window, 2 bedrooms & bathroom window.I was happy with the quotation and wanted to move forward with having my windows & front door changed. Even went to the office on hearsall lane to check the quality of doors and windows. A representative double checked my order and I confirmed all correct. Since the surveyor has come out, all has changed as they've missed off the bay window from my order. Which I don't understand as I've got the price in writing (on email) and ive been told the salesman who originally measured the bay window has lost the paperwork (measurements) and not honouring the price quoted to me. With all the back and forth I've been told that I've been misquoted and another 1k was added to my original order (order hasn't been placed & has been cancelled) I'm totally annoyed and disappointed about how this has been handled. I would definitely recommend not having your windows/doors fitted by this company!!

We were supposed to be having a new conservatory from the company but it seems to be one problem after another. We set up all the other trades people to come in after the conservatory had been erected and as of today Friday 16th of April we received a email to say they could no longer start on the agreed start date. We feel completely disappointed and let down by this company. So we decided to cancel the order. Very unprofessional
