Platinum Trade Windows Ltd coventry

I ordered my UPVC windows from Platinum Trade Windows after speaking to a friend who had recommended them. Their service was brilliant and the staff were extremely friendly when they came to fit my windows. I went for their triple glazed windows and have already noticed the difference in temperature with my house now retaining heat much better. We live on a busy estate and have also notice the reduction in noise we can hear from the road outside our house. I would strongly recommend Platinum Trade Windows to anyone thinking of getting new windows. Thanks guys.

This very much sounds like the old Warwickshire window company reborn. Same people same tricks.They have been taken to court more times than you can shake a stick at. Never answer phone never deliver, lying constantly and really terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost. I’m still waiting for a call back 3 years in. If rogue traders had a name this would be it. AVOID

I use Platinum Trade Windows regularly for my business. They are well priced compared with other windows suppliers in Coventry. The windows are always delivered on time and look great. If you want your windows at a good price and built to a high quality I would strongly recommend using this company. Thanks to the team at Platinum, pleasure doing business with you!

Great windows, great prices. My windows were delivered and installed on time. They look great! Couldn't be happier with them.

I paid them £500 over a month ago for three windows, I was promised the windows would be delivered the following week - over 4 weeks later despite assurances there is still no sign of the windows. They were meant to have been delivered again today - but again no windows - just the phone put down on me..... Being treated like this makes you want to look into the background of the persons who are directors of the company (google director Platinum trade windows Coventry) and then you become really concerned due to the amount of dissolved/liquidated window companies associated with the individuals. I would strongly advise to keep well away from this this company, as I will now have to go down the legal route to recover my money. Just to update, the comments by Platinum are completely false, apart from the police being called as it was myself who called them as the extremely aggressive Paul from Platinum refused to leave my home, he was escorted off my property by two policemen... I would suggest being very cynical with the majority of the reviews that 'someone' has posted about this 'outfit - take care.

Gavin has always been so helpful and sorts problems out straight away. Been using these for a few years so far and will continue to do so

Poor. They've gone in to liquidation and are no longer a working company.

We paid the sum of £1036 (50%) of the quote for a new Window back in October 2019. After many delays, non answered emails , texts and phone calls we were eventually promised 2 installation dates neither of which were met. We finally cancelled the order 2 weeks ago (24 January) and are still waiting for the refund. What else do I need to say.
