1/ 5

In March 2013, my whole house had new windows and frames and I also had a new front door. The work was supposed to be completed in two days but took them 24 days. Shoddy workmanship, wrong glass, wrong measurements, lack of communication, missed appointments, missing fitters, missing door, missing letterbox, rude staff, demanding money for unfinished job. After threatening them with Trading Standards and refusing to pay until the job was completed, the work was finished at the beginning of April. Unfortunately, problems arose just a few months after the work was finished. the biggest one being that each time it rains, my front door lets in the water. I am now in contact with trading standards as Direct Windows will not come out to fix these problems. They keep making appointments and not turning up. This has been going on since July/August 2013. I would have given no stars, but the lowest that this form will allow, is 1.
