Thieves - don't do as instructed rip off fees offers discount then doesn't deliver. save your time and money avoid the thieves. Only interested in ripping you off any which way don't respond to letters nor phone calls.

I was contacted by this firm of solicitors after they'd been instructed by a company who I was suing. Having received their email I replied immediately. I didn't hear a word from them for more than three weeks so emailed them again to ask whether they'd received my correspondence. My email was completely ignored. Two weeks later I received a response from my first email. It had taken them five weeks to reply. Much of what I had stated in my reply to their original letter had been ignored and I was asked the same questions again. Having replied to them within a couple of days, I never heard anything more from them. Clearly as previous reviews have stated, this company does not have the communication skills that you would expect from a solicitor.

She was there every step of the way and allowed me to focus on other matters in my busy life as I did not have to chase her up on anything relating to the legal process of my home purchase. She was professional, concise, tactful, and within the hour she took action on anything related to my case to solve. If you want a firm that deals with your matters in a straightforward way, go with them. Their fees are very reasonable and quality of the services is excellent. They do not have hidden fees nor does it feel disconnected between their legal team. I will be using these solicitors again when I sell my flat in the future even though I am based in London!
