I needed a document notarized in an emergency; I called and was able to come in & get it done within an hour. This was despite it being a Saturday afternoon. The service was efficient, professional & courteous, I'm not sure why there are so many negative ratings, as my experience couldn't have been more different. I would highly recommend them.

My buyer used this solicitor- they were extremely slow to react, my solicitor had to continually chase them for replies / responses. Often uncontactable for days on end- my buyer also confirmed this to me. A few days before the intended exchange, they sent 14 queries which they had been sitting on for over a month. The sale from start to finish took 6 months, and we missed numerous intended dates due to them being unresponsive. Unprofessional & I would avoid at all costs- as a buyer or within a chain! I would give them NO STARS if possible!

Get your act together and help your customers. You take too long with paperwork and do not have your clients interest at heart. And at the very least you could be reachable and keep contact with all parties of the buying and selling process. You are squeezing the money out of your customers.

They only take cash payment for passport ID verification.. and kept my papers next to the public space at reception, where anyone can get them.. not professional at all. Do not come here if you can avoid it. Suprised they are open at all.
