This branch of Lush in Brighton is in East Street, a bit off the main drag but near the Royal Pavilion. The shop is large and well-stocked with friendly, helpful staff. I found what I was looking for and was offered help in finding it too. Altogether a goid shopping experience.

Had the most wonderful experience at Lush Brighton today - Katie R is like a breath of fresh of air and a dozen rays of sunshine all in one. Nothing was too much trouble for Katie and she was so informative about all of the products which was extremely impressive. 100% the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, thanks guys!

Great selection of stuff in a well presented store. Staff are friendly and approachable and usually are quick to ask if I need assistance. The last couple times I have been in there the staff serving me have been great. A nice mix of friendly, informative and helpful service. I really like this store, it is one of my favored LUSH stores albeit a bit further away than the others that are closer to me.

Such a lovely experience a Brighton Lush when we went to visit last week - I'm a die-hard fan and it was my first visit since lockdown, and I was amazed by the care that had gone into making the store safe! The manager, Sophie I believe, could not have been more helpful or friendly, but not OTT either, and made us feel totally spoiled. Oh Lush how I've missed you!! Thanks for a lovely visit.

As always. The staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable in all its products. Should they not be a hundred percent sure on a product, they are not afraid to ask a colleague.
