Really pleased to have found this service. I was able to get an appointment at short notice and at a time convenient for myself. The Dr was polite and welcoming and actually listened to me, I am now on my journey to a full diagnosis and couldn't be happier. The Dr typed the referral letter and I walked out and was able to get a Consultant appointment within days. I would definitely use this service again.

As usual for me could be best private GP service providers in city. Very efficient system and professional communications after the visit as well. I had my appointment with my GP Dr. Bodani who is thorough and highly experienced.

AVOID LONDON DOCTORS CLINIC!! I had a routine Lung function test and was informed that it entailed consultation with a doctor and their interpretation the results on the same day at a cost of £59. Half an hour before the appointment, I was called to be informed the Lung machine was not working so had to travel to the other side of London to undertake the test. This was absolutely ridiculous short notice and poor attention to their equipment. After the test was Lung function performed at the other clinic, the doctor did not know to interpret the results and informed me that the lab had to look at the results. The doctor also did not provide any medical advice. After speaking to a nurse at my family clinic, she informed me that results of the Lung test is very easy and straight forward to interpret. I was informed that junior doctors or any competent medical professional are able to translate results. They were extremely surprised and I firmly believe London Doctors Clinic do not utilise medical proficient and competent professionals. Waste of £59 as was not provided the any form of doctor's consultation and test results interpretation. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, POORLY ORGANISED and would not use London Doctors Clinic again. I would give them ZERO STARS but there is no option for this.

I've been to LDC on three different occasions and each time I book an appointment, it's a good experience that leaves me less anxious about whatever is making me ill. Easy to book, super reliable and very quick to reply to my after-consultation questions.

Quick, efficient, saw me ahead of booked time. Clean and tidy waiting area. Very nice doc. Blood test results back next morning - worth the money spent.

WAS BOOKED IN FOR URGENT BLOOD TESTS A WEEK IN ADVANCE - HAD REMINDER EMAILS UP UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. TURNED UP AT THE SOHO SQUARE BRANCH TO BE TOLD THAT THE CLINIC WAS SHUT AND THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE IN TOUCH TO RESCHEDULE. HAD TO RUSH TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE CLOSE BY TO GET ME THE RESULTS IN TIME - SAME DAY DOCTOR ARE MUCH MORE RELIABLE. EMAILED LDC AND HAVE STILL NOT HEARD BACK - NO STARS

The doctors are great however the admin service is absolutely shambolic. On two occasions they called me 30 minutes before my appointment to try and move / cancel.

I had a doctors appointment I really urgently needed to be seen for. There was an accident on Oxford Street and so I was one minute late over the five minute cut off. Chloe the receptionist was aggressive verbally towards me, reduced me to tears and I left without seeing a doctor and crying and shaking. A doctors office is meant to be sympathetic and compassionate. I will never go to that office again after how she made me feel. She refused to give me her last name to complain and she shouted at me after I told her she was making it very difficult.

Very easy and quick to get an appointment but it's a downhill experience from there. Doctor was 15 minutes late to the video call and when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, they said it had never been sent. I had to phone London Doctors Clinic five times to chase them to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. Awful service.

AVOID this clinic!!! Awful experience!!!! Never again! After I've chased them with emails about my refund for the service I did not get because of their fault, they came up with a whole bunch of different excuses and refused to refund me money. They will never give you money back, but instead will offer you another appointment at their clinics. £ it's all what this clinic is about.
