Very friendly, respectful, practice Providing excellent care I have been with the practice from day one, my husband joined later. We have both had excellent care. You are always greeted warmly and listened too.You can feel assured you are getting the best the NHS can offer - with a smile. I would highly recommend this surgery! Always get the same day appointment ! The reception staff is very professional, helpful, friendly! Our Doctor is the best GP I’ve ever met! Looked after very well! Do not hesitate to transfer - you will be made welcome.

I can't face phoning this place. On hold for ages then told no appointments for a month or more, or there is a mad scramble using 2 phones to get through for a same day appointment, but are not likely to be given one. Then get 7 minutes (or is it 7.5?) so rush through what I need to say. My doctor is excellent in many ways, and takes sufficient time, but for my main area of health problem she doesn't seem clued up and I feel there is no continuity in my health care. I was referred, but that was to learn coping strategies at a 3 month course, not to find out why I am ill. Any investigation into why I am unwell stopped when I was referred. I find her sympathetic and happy to help when I see her, but I want a doctor to say 'Okay let's get to the bottom of this and find possible causes.' That will only happen if I keep returning at widely spaced intervals due to no appointments and keep suggesting things for her to look into, as she obviously feels the matter is closed. I do feel my doctor is inaccessible due to lack of appointments and when I see her she is not taking control. Sadly I tend to use the surgery as a last resort and even had to pay for a private appointment I couldn't afford. I have lack of trust now in our health care system.

I never really write reviews but I felt the need to due to my experience in this G.P. I went with my niece to an appointment with a "doctor" called ASIF. If you attend this G.P or want to join this G.P. avoid "Dr" Asif like the PLAGUE. I have no idea where he got his medical license from, in my opinion it was definitely from the garbage BIN. Authorities should really look into the legitimacy of his degree because in my opinion his attitude definitely screams FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR. I have never in my life attended an appointment where the "doctor" has made a grown teenager leave crying because of his very harsh and degrading words and tone. He was scolding her as if she was his daughter. Thinking hes in some third world country where its acceptable to be abusive and scold her for doing nothing wrong. He told her that the blood test results had proven her to be very healthy and lack no vitamins, then however told her that she experiences extreme fatigue because she leads an unhealthy lifestyle making her lack vitamins. EXTREMELY CONTRADICTORY IF YOU ASK ME. He then proceeded to tell her shes lying about some specific symptoms which she spoke about that day, as shes never spoken about them before, he started to compare her to other individuals who also may share these symptoms and asked her what makes you feel as though your important that you should get help and they shouldn't? asking her why he should help her. MAYBE BECAUSE THATS YOUR JOB. He degraded her in such a way that almost made me vomit. He also said that he wont bother with her case as it would require a lot of referring. I cannot believe the treatment she received. This doctor is appalling. My niece wouldn't stop crying and she is extremely hurt by the way he treated her. scolding her for coming to the G.P. and also scolding her for being curious about her health. My niece is studying medicine and said shes absolutely disgusted by how he treated her as this goes against the regulations of being a doctor. This MONSTER in disguise has caused irreversible distress on my niece. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, AVOID DOCTOR ASIF. AVOID HIM. AVOID ASIF. HE SHOULD BE FIRED FROM THIS PRACTICE, GIVING SUCH A GOOD G.P. A BAD NAME!!!!!!!!!!!

This surgery and it's switchboard has really exceeded itself this morning. (Sarcasm). Normally it will take around 40 minutes to get through. This morning almost an HOUR!!!! Receptionists are all lovely, whereas some of the doctors👎👎👎 If things do not improve in the New Year I will definitely be looking elsewhere.

This practice use to be one of the best in Brent, it’s absolutely awful now, with no patient care, Drs that don’t want to hold any face to face consultations, appointments which are weeks of not months away for a simple admin request and staff I can barley understand. When this was Dr shields practice woow it was amazing, really personal and was as good as any private practice, but the last 3-4 years it’s a shambles. I would advise if you’re new to the area stay clear and perhaps try elsewhere.

One star is being generous here. Firstly, they have two useless receptionist in the Asian and Black women who between them make up one person with a bit of sense. Secondly the doctors seem to be replying to econsult back via email rather than a phone call or to arrange a meet. Better to go to the Wrottesley Road branch, much more organised and understand how to deal with patients

This is the worst GP ever, especially during a difficult time where many are sick. I have had the displeasure of having appointments with Dr Dillon who is incredibly rude, cold and unhelpful. The receptionists at Wembley are also rude and do not know how to talk to patients. I have been made to feel like a burden when i call in. Whilst waiting for my appointment they talked and laughed about patients who kept calling in due to pain right in front of me which further shows their unprofessionalism. The only good thing about this practice is the male receptionist that i believe works at the Willesden branch. He is incredibly kind and understanding and he always tries his best to help you.
