It was going fine until I put a call in (twice; ignored twice) regarding a prescription issue - still no response after two working days, shortly to be three. Quite odd that there would be no aftercare following a £110 fee.

Dr Naha has been looking after us for over 5 years now and the care we have recieved is second to none. We have recommended the service to other people and they have also become long term patients. Information and guidance is always right up to date and its great to have test results back so quickly in addition to the peace of mind of being able to always get an appointment when we need one.

Having taken my 18 month old there, Dr Khan took a very quick check of his chest and ears...before telling me to go into the car park and take a photo of my child's throat! Covid regulation apparently! Only having got out to the driveway, where there wasn't a chair or anything to facilitate this, did I realise what a total joke the whole thing was! How was one person meant to balance a child, open his mouth and take a photo! I told the receptionist and the doctor this. I said that when I had called to say I wanted an ear nose and throat check of a toddler...they should have mentioned this. The doctor then threw a little hissy fit, saying "fine then, I'll just put myself at risk" (haven't you been double vaccinated I wondered) and he then quickly shoved a spatula into my little boys mouth and said it was slightly inflamed. Then he handed me a little piece of paper folded over to hand to the receptionist...a discounted appointment at 40 pounds. And he said come back for free if my little one didn't get better. Again, no full invoice...just a card receipt from the receptionist. I have to email for an invoice for my private medical insurance. This is not a professional set up. Its a complete excuse for a gp. Suffice to say I will not be returning.

I have been a registered customer of this practice for over 11 years and rate them very highly. I can almost always get a same day appointment, receive excellent care and straight forward advice. They have been seeing my children when necessary since they were born and I can honestly refer to them as my family’s GP, whose knowledge and expertise I trust explicitly.

Don't go to the Wimbledon Private GP Clinic. They charge exorbitanly - a real rip-off. They don't carry out proper medical diagnosis. I had a bad chest infection. Dr Khan saw me for not more than 3 minutes on 7 Dec. A quick check of my ears, throat, chest & he put me on a stronger dose of antibiotics. Less than 3 minutes for £135. No prescription for wheezing or to unblock the congestion around my ears and nose. There is no support from the administration desk, either as they were not able to give me a receipt for the consultation for my insurance claim. Only card receipt was issued.
