It has now been 2.5 years, which I have been treated by the Concierge Doctor for various minor health issues and they have been the best! They are honest, efficient and most importantly, address every problem I've had. Highly recommend Dr. Bankani and his amazing team!

This is the best medical service I have ever used in any of the five countries I've lived in. Dr Patel and Dr Bankani are absolute experts. Grateful to have been referred to them.

A completely unprofessional service provided by incompetent "specialists" who make promises that they do not deliver. Test results were not received in the time-frame stated, the clinic admitted to an administrative error but still kept the £250 fee, refusing a refund. Be very wary of using this service especially if it's for COVID testing prior to departing the country.

Waiting at the GP can be exhausting and tiring if the waiting period is for hours and my condition was not such that I could wait. So my husband started looking for private doctors. We were extremely pleased with the swift service provided by Concierge Doctor team. Special mention to Dr. Bankani who visited us within an hour. He was very professional, polite, friendly and most importantly understood my condition and gave me the medicines which eased me out. The doctor was kind enough to even call me the next day just to check everything was fine. I highly recommend Concierge Doctor for the swift and brilliant services. Thank you
