It's great that they do Sunday appointments. The doctor was really caring and kind. She diagnosed my illness and gave me medicine there and then, I was grateful not to have to go to a pharmacy. Wouldn't hesitate to go back next time I have an urgent problem.

Very nice and good medical service . The doctor was very nice and looks professional. It was very easy and fast to get an appointment.

Excellent, efficient and professional service. I booked my appointment on Friday afternoon and within less than 24 hours I was able to see GP who provided me with all analysis and tests I needed. Doctor took his time to understand my case very. Follow up after and communication with GP after the visit were prompt and informative. I would highly recommend London Doctors Clinic.

Timely and excellent care. Dr. Bodani truly cares for his patients and I was treated with immense kindness at a time I needed it, being so ill. Couldn't recommend higher.

I’ve just left this clinic incredibly upset; due to the conduct of a female GP. I arrived at the clinic for my appointment, however, I was advised by the very nice receptionist, that the GP scheduled for my appointment was running late due to a phone consultation with another patient. Unfortunately, I could hear every single word of this consultation. I could inform you of the patient’s name, symptoms, previous doctor’s diagnosis, recent weight loss… this was a red flag before my consultation even commenced. My appointment was with a female doctor, early to mid-forties (unfortunately, I did not catch her name) She was abrasive, rude, and had an inability to listen – frankly, she liked the sound of her own voice. I left the clinic incredibly upset due to the conduct of this lady. Please do not book in an appointment, it is complete waste of time and money.

Not 'Fit to Fly' :( We were very disappointed that a service advertised as 'fit to fly' was so poorly informed about the requirements for international travel (including the GP who tried to tell us no certificate was needed), and finally failed to produce an appropriate document in time [Bizarrely there is no 'fit to fly' certificate provided as standard on a so-called 'fit to fly' PCR test (only lab result)]. This in spite of us checking in advance, providing precise details of the airline's requirements several times, and receiving multiple assurances (in advance and at the time of testing) that the correct certificate would be provided. AS A DIRECT RESULT we were turned away from 2 flights, our family's journey to SE Asia took 50+ hours (instead of 16), and we had to be split up onto separate connecting flights. It was a nightmare. The call centre staff worked hard to help us (the 2 stars are for them), but communication with us and with their GPs/clinics was chaotic. We had to chase them endlessly and they sent through a total of more than 20 incorrect documents before providing one meeting the airline requirements that we had sent (Singapore Airlines), while we sat stranded. Never again.

Had an excellent visit to the Waterloo Clinic and saw Dr. Houda Ounnas. She was very attentive, and approachable. She was very attentive to my health concerns, knowledgeable and friendly. Her service was outstanding . All the staff at the clinic were also really friendly.

The receptionist was really nice. However I was met with the rudest and most unprofessional clinician ever. Do not come here if you are seeking actual medical advice.
