Personally I wouldn't even give it a star... The experience is ruined the moment you speak to the receptionists. Save yourself the hassle and don't sign up. Firstly, the customer service with these receptionists is absolutely horrendous. They have so much attitude these women. They need to be replaced with polite people and they are not the definition of polite. Secondly, my sister had a baby and she wanted to register her little one but the lady (Ms Sxxxxxxd) on the other side gave her so much attitude and put the phone down on her twice. This is no way of inviting new patients in to the doctors surgery. The actual doctors that I have seen seem fine until it comes to them communicating results. They have either lost them or they just don't want to let you know and the receptionists have no idea either.

Another great experience. Doctors surgeries no matter where you go are very busy as the NHS is stretched. I moved to this surgery after the last one was so bad. Always very helpful and friendly.

In the morning today 21st of March 2019, I was trying to contact this surgery from 8.30am to 9 o’clock and I got the appointment at last nearly 9 o’clock. I do not know the reason why their phone is always engaging and it’s not something practical to be engaged such a long time even I keep trying. Because nobody having conversations over the phone more than one or two minutes per call to get appointments. But it’s such shamed to wait nearly half and hour on the line to get and appointment. Poor service at all

I’m completely disheartened with the service in here, imagine having something wrong with your skin that somehow does not have a cure n it haunts u everyday and a grown woman doctor telling u while ur alone in their office ‘sorry the referral said no to the cosmetic procedure of removal I can’t do nothing more do it privately’ mind you that this wasn’t s cosmetic procedure as my skin would get inflamed back and forth for almost 2 years and no one and I mean no one gave me the right answer,I felt hopeless and pushed aside, I’m only 16yrs old but in full time education and only have my mum for support that can barely afford the costs of everything, the payments would not cut it, we are so lucky to have NHS to recieve free treatment but this gp made me feel helpless and gave me no choice but to deal with it...I know there’s worser cases than this but it’s still effecting me psychically and mentally...just don’t even bother thinking twice about this place

Sadly i will be leaving this surgery. Can never get through on the phone. It's almost impossible. When you finally do all appointments are gone. When you are lucky enough to get an appointment you are spoken to like an idiot. Like you are from another planet or something. My advice.. look elsewhere

Not worth a single star....I called for an appointment at 08:30, i kept being cut off when i pressed 1 for appointments (until 08:42) I called again at 08:44 and was then on hold for appointments. I was kept on hold so i decided to go to surgery and book in person by 08:49 i was at the surgery. Thinking that there was a long queue and they might be extremely busy with patients, there was absolutely no one around, apart from one or two patients inside, and guess what?? there was no queue and i was on hold till caller number 6, and both the receptionists were just casually having a chit chat while 6 people are on hold on the phone. When i proceeded to the counter to book an appointment they realised i was on hold on their lines, and their faces dropped once they realised I had witnessed what was going on. They obviously had the realisation that patients are waiting on hold and they are not taking calls, and someone actually caught them out. I was unable to book an appointment as amazingly all appointments were full in about 18 minutes. I have left this review at my own risk, as I know that the Surgery will not appreciate being outed like this. I request the management to look into this and have some people who are empathetic towards others manning their phones. Its disgusting that people are ill or need help and the receptionists think its acceptable to ignore patients.

Utterly useless service, unable to keep appointments or manage issues and the practice manager is both rude and incompetent. There are a few good people but overall I would not recommend this surgery
