I would like to share with you how disappointed I am with your costumer service. First time when I went to prove my ID and address I was sent back for better documents which was fine. But when today the lady told me that my NIN is old that was just too much. If you dont want to open accounts just let us know instead of making us going back and forth and demanding some unreal documents. I want to put my money in your bank not to take money from you. So unprofessional.

5/ 5

Having had "no joy" experiences with a couple of credit score organisations, I booked an appointment with Lloyds Bank at Breck Road to finally get this sorted out. I was seen by Lucy, the Manageress there, and she was brilliant. Courteous, professional and she managed to sort everything out for me. It was a very good experience and I now have a credit score! 😊 Many thanks Lucy!
