Went in on a Friday, online it states the opening times are 9am-5pm, got to the bank at 4:15pm to see all the screens pulled down over the counters, the woman behind the counter said we are open but not for counter service so you cant deposit... I asked if they had a paying in machine to which she said no. What is the point of being open until 5pm if the counter service apparently closes at 4pm its not like they are staying open the extra hour so people can pay in via a deposit machine.
