Some staff great, but the person who dealt with my card getting swallowed initially was horrendous. She's really screwed up my account, sending my new card and pin to different places but the staff the next time didn't seem bothered that it was a member of their staff's fault. 2 weeks later, still no working bank card.

Went to this bank today advertised on website to be open till 4.30pm on arrival at 2.45pm was completely shut with a note on the door saying they decided to shut at 2pm today which was not updated to your website totally unacceptable wont most of your branches have closed down and those few that have remained open offer no help to there customers
