The whole team really were just amazing. The service and care that was taken even on the first phone call was better than we could have ever imagined. Chris was involved from the start and after 12 weeks of changing dates and various odd requests (my partners fault) we got moved in. We used them due to a recommendation from a work colleague and we are so glad we did. We have no criticisms of them at all and would highly recommend. We would give them more stars if we could.

Lloyd Removals were asked to clear the home of my late stepfather. From start to end, I received the friendliest of services. Chris and Paul were a delight to work with. They cleared away years of clutter, and even went beyond the call of duty to clean the house ready for the property market. Together they lifted a huge weight from my shoulders and I cannot thank them enough. That's why I do not hesitate in recommending Lloyd Removals to anyone in need of a removal or house clearance service.

The Lloyd team were outstanding from start to finish. From the swift and efficient initial email contact, Chris visited us and assessed our home before providing a decent quote. Not the cheapest but we are so glad we paid just a little bit more for such a comprehensive service. The packing team was excellent on the first two days and the removal team were also excellent. They were on time, efficient, courteous, and nothing seemed too difficult or too much trouble. Every problem had an answer. The quote was all inclusive with no hidden extras, and they made a very stressful day much less stressful than it might have been otherwise been.

What a great company. I have met all 4 of the men doing my move and have been so impressed with everything they have done from responding so quickly to my enquiry, the quote, helping me prepare for the move, explaining everything that is going to happen and how and when, and making sure I have everything I need. They move me in a couple of weeks and I am actually looking forward to it! A really nice caring company. I will probably post another review after the move as I expect that will be brilliant too.

Honestly these boys are great, they didnt stop working till the job was done and they done it really well. They are going to be moving my sister-in-law in a couple of weeks and I have also recommended them to everyone at work. Super service and it just felt like they gave that little bit extra.

Used Lloyd Removals due to their positive reviews on Google. They didn't disappoint! They made the whole removal process extremely easy and couldn't have been more helpful, especially as I am out of the country and couldn't oversee the moving process myself. They were happy to work around the difficulty of me being abroad and provided a thorough and high quality service. They had excellent communication throughout and were extremely flexible. Lloyds Removals are simply outstanding!! From the initial meeting with Chris to the removal day we could not have been more happy. The communication, professionalism, care for us and our belongings were excellent. The team that moved us, Chris, Paul, Cally and Jim were superb at their job and the nicest guys you could wish to meet. They went over and above and nothing was too much trouble. This was our seventh move and by far the best company we have used. We cannot recommend then highly enough. We would have given them 10 stars if we could!

Very helpful and professional service. Nothing was true much trouble. Due to delays with exchanging contracts the removal date had to me moved back, and remained in doubt up to a couple of days before the move, so I was really grateful for the degree of leeway and flexibility I was given. On the day of the move everything went perfectly with no hitches at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Such a pleasure to deal with- responded quickly to emails, arrived exactly on time, polite & respectful (emptying my parents house), hard working & cheerful. Very careful with the furniture and moving items. Would highly recommend.
