Bought 2 drop in tickets online and when at the reception they said if I am going with my mate it had to be bought on 2 different accounts so they can check the ID of both persons. So unprofessional. If you need to see ID you can just ask, so if a family of 5 is going to the gym or pool how can they have 5 apps in their phone. This can't be right or the person at the reception was trying to stop us going in. The man at the reception was not friendly and was talking with customers like its their fault if he has broken up with his girlfriend. Place were dirty, shower floor dirty, jacuzzi lots of hair and yellow on the sides, steam room disgusting. Will never go back again.

Needs to be cleaned better, pool sauna and steam room are both great. Gym is a little small though.

The 2 stars are due to the service we received, the club closes at 10,clearly states on reception that last entry is 30mins before closing and closing time on states 10pm We were told to leave at 9.30,when mentioning the above the staff member said "I'll get booked if I don't move my car at 10 so it's time to get in the shower" Sorry not my problem! When your charging £15 and throw us out after an hour and especially when you haven't even closed yet is terrible customer service, the least you could do is tell us you are expected to leave at 9.30 so we can decide if its worth it! The club itself is small but convenient and has good facilities, unfortunately on this occasion the staff member let it down

Very small Not the best hygienic wise Thought it would be luxurious knowing that it's in the Hilton but so basic. I didn't like all the rust outside of the steam room door. Definitely needs revamping.
