I've been going to Manjunaga's drop in classes (all levels) for a year or two and recently an Opening the Heart with Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga workshop. His classes are held in a warm, creative space with artwork on the walls and a big bay window to gaze out at the park, and they're welcoming whether you attend every week or every now and then. Practice mixes flow with more stilling postures and often incorporate a breathing practice, with playfulness, support, kindness and shared wisdom. We stretch, we learn, we laugh and we leave warmer than we arrived. I'm so grateful to have come across his class and hope to be taught by Manjunaga for many moons to come.

I have been a regular student in Manjunaga's classes and workshops for more than a year. He is an intuitive and skilled teacher, helping us tune into our own bodies through the use of postures, mindful moving, and the breath. Manjunaga has a way of encouraging us, his students, to look inward, and to use the practice to nourish ourselves. His classes have a richness to them that is unique and inspiring. I love his new Yin Yoga class, on Tuesday nights, that combines settling into certain stretches with some periods of meditation. I highly recommend his monthly workshops, too!
