Very positive experience from start to finish. I was dealt with by Naomi who was first class and very helpful kept me informed of the progress and was friendly and pleasant. The fault on my Q7 was a difficult one to diagnose but they persevered and did not go over the top for the hours spent sorting the problem.

Wouldn't give us the time of day, proper stuckup tossers, so we went to Mercedes instead. Mercedes was brilliant and we got the a great car. Won't shop at Audi if we need another car.

I could not fault the level of customer service I received, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was kept informed about the work on my vehicle, and I was contacted within promised times. I was given a cup of coffee in a proper cup with a saucer, which may seem trivial - but it makes a difference to having it in a paper or plastic cup! I will definitely return here and have no hesitation in recommending Liverpool Audi.

Exceptional service! Took my car in today to purchase an additional key and was greater first thing at 8am. Returned to the dealership 2 hours Later got my key, walked out, car had been valeted, then recieved a video from a technician with a health check on my car. I've been into Audi Liverpool twice now and both times I've been extremely impressed by their professional helpful service. Thank you!
