Bought a Citroen grand picasso from BCS with a parts only warranty. After about a week of owning the car the radiator started to leak phoned BCS no worries they'll send a radiator out they said. Radiator didn't turn up so I had to buy one myself. Next the CV joint started banging and rattling. I ordered a new drive shaft. Logical thinking if they're not going to send a £45 radiator I've got no chance of getting a £75 driveshaft

Couple cars looked at there very eye catching what want when car hunting

Sold me a kia picanto, claiming to have 0 faults... turned out to have 3 major faults when i took it to a local garage and was also not as described. I demanded a FULL refund as it was under 30 days and he consistently refused eventhough it was my right! Tried to trick me into paying all these charges when he clearly needs to educate himself on the law. He also kept denying there were issues with the car eventhough i took it to an approved mechanic, but in the end i got my money back when he realised there was no hope of him winning the case, as it was about to go to court. Took advantage of a young lady who didnt know much about cars, well done hope you sleep well at night.
