The therapists here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They each have their own style but its always tailored to your needs. There is no judgment from them, just good advice. I went for two deep tissue massages, from two different therapists, and each time I left feeling relaxed and had a better understanding of my body. Really lovely atmosphere.

The staff were skillful when I attended in the past. I was actually going to get a voucher form a massage for a friend. I am a nurse and putting a formal complaint after confirming my appointment today over the phone I could overhear how the manager a male, was giving directions to staff over the phone. They don't take card payment and was repeatedly insisting that I had to pay before having the service. This was not the case at last appointment as I found this quite dodgy, I have received therapeutic massages here and in many other countries and reputated places do not do this. I requested to then speak with the manager and I could hear him screaming saying no she cannot! then the manager forced the staff to cancel my appointment. When Advised that I will go and put a formal complaint in. The manager got on the phone shouting demanding I listened to him instead of listening to his customer. Used derogatory terms called me a problematic customer, when the only ever problem I had there was his behaviour. He would not check my record and when I informed that I would be attending at my scheduled time to put a formal complaint he said "No, you won't"

Fantastic deep tissue massage. My tight back feels much better now. Great wee place.
