I am new to Cardiff and got my registration put through quickly as I needed medical help. Got through so quickly on the phone and was directed to e consult but then actually needed a phone appointment with the GP (Dr Crole) who solved my issue quickly and called me within 2 hours. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, efficient, kind and reassuring. So impressed!! Thank you so much.

Atrocious office staff. Been trying to get medications and my file set up for over a month. Have had 2 appointments with a Dr there, and still no meds. Office staff don't return calls, I've physically taken evidence in... but that takes them over a week to deal with. Not like my health us being affected....oh wait

5/ 5

I don't understand the negative reviews. The reception staff have always been polite and professional. They have often gone beyond their remit to offer help and assistance, and have also been kind and caring. They are running a busy surgery which means they often quick and efficient too, but I have never known this to take away from patient care. The doctors have always done what they can to help, and referred to specialists as appropriate. They are always willing to support care prescribed by other services too.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible doctors who couldn't care less about the patients needs. I'm left in extremely intolerable pain with doctors refusing to either acknowledge my suffering or help in any way whatsoever.
