Customer service was excellent! Anthony kept me up to date throughout the process in a case requiring a depth of legal knowledge and tenacity, he let me know what was happening with my case, helping to achieve the very best outcome. I was most impressed with the professional way in which a very personal case was dealt by Eileen Kilroy and with a caring attitude. Other more routine matters have also been dealt with in a similar way.

I would highly recommend Lancasters, especially Eileen Kilroy. She has helped me through difficult times (divorce) with care and professionalism. It is rare when a law firm doesn't want to steal all your money, but rather helping you to stay calm and resolve a dispute without further complications. I have dealt with Tony Lancaster as well and also could say that he is excellent specialist. Lancasters is a firm that doesn't surprise you with hidden costs and don't bill you for phone calls and emails. It has professional and friendly approach which you need the most especially when facing difficult times.

Terribly after service, they are dismissive or just ignore emails. When you speak to them they transfer you to a voicemail message. I can't believe how rude they have been over a request for a copy of a document. Unbelievable!
