Poor customer service, as a first time buyer I was naturally a little more concerned and asked for an update or had some FAQ's which were brushed aside and ignored (several emails were not answered in the agreed service agreement). I did not even get an update statement of what I needed to pay (which I think is not unreasonable). Poor communication with vendors, I was informed by the estate agent that completion terms had not been met, Orion had not communicated with the vendors solicitors and luckily it did not affect the sale but caused panic as they had told me everything was fine. Avoid these guys and shop around, service is important and would warrant the extra ££ to alleviate any concerns through the process.
