Power steering gone so RAC brought car to here. Unfortunately they couldn't look at it until next day but kept informed of progress and all fixed for a very good price. I think it's something that is not usually fixed by them but they went the extra mile to get me back on the road even coming in on day off to get it done. Thanks a million. Great bunch of guys.

Had a fantastic experience with a staff member Paul (So sorry if this isn't correct name was in a bit of a flap and not 100% sure). My tyre had gone flat whilst trying to inflate it at a petrol station near Kwik Fit when he happened to be there getting petrol - he sorted the tyre for me even making a quick trip back to the garage to get a tool to help. What a gem of a man :) can't thank him enough!!

Popped in to get a tyre that had gone flat overnight looked at, expecting to have to get a new one. Guys couldn't have been nicer, and discovered it was repairable which saved us a few quid! Top notch service, would defo recommend this branch.

Any garage that honestly tells you your car is fine when your car is, in fact, fine (and you're just high maintenance) is a pretty special place to me. Thank you guys, restoring faith in humanity x

Brought my car in because I had trouble with the window wipers. Alan went out of his way to get the car sorted and back on the road quickly. Highly recommend.

I came in to ask for assistance as my window wipers stopped working and it was raining outside. Spoke to John who came to have a look straight away. He gave my car a good check and told me that the motor was needing replaced. On his advise, I went and bought water repellent and he applied it to my windscreen which got me home safe. I can’t thank John enough, lovely chatty guy. Didn’t take any money for helping me :)

John's the man! I've been to this kwik Fit twice. John has sorted me out twice with the best customer service. I never felt like I was overcharged, John always explained clearly what was happening with the car and he was a great fella to chat to. I'll def come back here again. John's the man!

I need my car for work and regularly travel long distances. I had just come back from some site work and realised my break light was broken. I called this garage and was told to bring it straight down there and then and they'd sort it. I had it at the garage in 10 minutes and the mechanic (Danny, I think, though he was that fast I may have forgotten) got right to it - had me drive in, test the lights, then had me stay put while he quickly replaced it. I can only compare it to like being in a pit stop. He was super quick, he was super nice, and I'll be back for sure :) It was a really positive interaction and it genuinely lifted my mood . Thanks 😊
