Please note, that while the sales team is very helpful, if you have a problem with your used car, you will have the misfortune of dealing with a totally inept servicing department who assume you are fault, never answer the phone and do not return messages, unless of course you threaten the central team booking operator with a formal complaint, and expect you to take time off work to have the issue dealt with. Never again. Finally got them to agree to have repairs dealt with by the Western Nissan in Edinburgh today only to arrive and be told there is no agreement with other garages and they won't take the car unless we are paying for repairs directly. Tried to call the Glasgow Central team to get them to smooth the way and surprise surprise, 3 hours later, still no return to our phone call of 9am, and another week gone by with no resolution.

Took my mum to pick up her car today. The staff are very welcoming and outgoing. The sale person Michael Riley was customer focused and helpful. I cant thank him enough for a great deal and good quality car. Michael has been the best sales person i have come across in all my 15 years of purchasing cars. I highly recommend macklin motors (nissan) and Michael Riley.

I bought a car from here recently and have to say the customer service and being looked after was second to none I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for buying a car. The salesman John Paul was amazing and the manager both ensured I was made to feel valued at all times. The car I bought is a well looked after machine and I very am happy with my purchase. But I did overlook the fact this car was a due timing belt soon. But it isn't a new car so what do you expect. Just an unexpected expense after buy a new car. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced anywhere though. The garage looked after me extremely well. I would come back to this garage definitely due to the fantastic customer service here. I can't fault anything really overall.
