Fantastic experience. Staff we very friendly, they patiently explained and showed me the problem with my car when it didn't pass it's MOT, They looked after the car for me while I found a garage that was able to fix the problem as my car was too old to source a new part. Would definitely recommend.

What can you say. You tell them what you want they give advice and do the job. No Hard sell for any other services and staff are always helpful and polite. Straight talking and will give good advice on your options. Quick service and work is always completed on time.

Booked in a wheel alignment , arrived told it wasnt booked in , finally car got on ramp and they set up as a car 20 years older , then had to realign. Drove around for a week or so, wasnt good , phoned back up about it pulling to the left and being off centre was told to come back in , arrive on time told itll be an hour , return after an hour sitting where I parked it , car just off the ramp from an oil change caused the hold up then it was lunch time, checked diary and surprise surprise nothing in diary. Wasnt prepared to waste anymore of my time with this branch. Will be visiting mcconechys from now on absolutely terrible customer service Edit - emailed customer service to follow up and they dont even have the decency to reply

Let down at last minute by another supplier Robert at National came up with a great price with immediate fitting! Brilliant service!

First class service and very helpful

After having the worst experience of customer service from Patrick National Tyres, I was directed here. The young guys who fitted my tyres and did the wheel alignment on Saturday were great, No messing around my appointment was at 1pm and the guys were finished in 45 minutes. I would recommend this garage to anyone If you want quick service at a great price.

Always fair

Whatever you do never use this company. Poor doesn't even come close to customer service description, a regional manager who laughs when you are advising your partner felt threatened by a member of staff and a job that should take 30 mins takes a full day. Think carefully people.
