Kwik Fit Glasgow- Titwood Road glasgow

Despite Kwik Fit looks like a big and reliable company, it's simply not true. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have no words to describe how unprofessional and rude are their staff. Particularly, Kwik Fit Glasgow - Titwood Road. I broke my radiator and called them for a quote. The guy told me a £100 for the radiator and labor, and I left my car there. When it was ready and I went to pick it up, the same guy gave me the invoice and it was completely different. The radiator was marked as a "Special radiator" and the price was £220 only for the part. They guy was very rude when I asked him why the price is more than double that the price they told me over the phone. It's not all. I started the car and realised the engine light stays on. The guy deleted the error and say if the light go on again to visit the service. When it happened I went there but they insist I have to pay to get checked and they are not responsible for this issue. I will never trust them again!

Friendly, lovely staff. Took my car in with a rattle after going over a pot pole and the guys said it was the heat shield and fixed it free of charge! They said it was a small job, but they could have charged me £50 and I wouldn't have known any different. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you :)

I booked my car in for a last minute MOT. Booking online was very easy. Customer service throughout the whole process was very good. The timings were a little longer than was stated but they kept in contact via phone throughout to let me know what was happening so I didn't feel like I was hanging around waiting. I was honestly expecting the worse but I needn't have worried. Only a small modification was needed to pass the MOT and it was at a very reasonable price. I was very pleasantly surprised and wouldn't hesitate to recommend people to book in for an MOT here.

Efficient, professional great customer service. The manager David offers great advice, honest and reliable. I’ve been going here 7 years and only once had an issue which they resolved straight away.

I took my car for full service in the morning and it was ready to pick up by the end of the day. Staff are extremely friendly and very professional. They checked everything and called me to confirm any extras that needed to be addressed. Despite the expensive final bill, it was overall very good value considering the amount of work that they carried out. I will definitely return for my MOT!!!
