I was highly impressed with the quality and service I received when I went for my dental appointment at Kingsend Dental. The dental hygienist, Martyna, did a wonderful job both cleaning my teeth and giving me info that should assist me to better care for my teeth. After my appointment, I felt much better from the cleaning and thoughts on how for me to keep a happy healthy mouth. Wonderful recommendations!

Hi there Kingsend Dental practise has been my dentist for the past 25 years and I have always had good experiences each time I visit. The staff are really friendly and helpful and make an effort to make you feel at ease. Dr Katz has looked after me/my teeth during this time and I have always found him informative, patient and caring. He explains everything that he is going to do ahead of any procedure and ensures he advises of the best after care. In the past couple of years I have had two dental implants carried out and I was really pleased with them and had no problems during the 6 months it took to complete - and they look great! I am now considering tooth whitening and wouldn't think of going anywhere else other than Kingsend Dental. I would thoroughly recommend this Practice to anyone. Margaret Vincent November 2019

I have to say I was disappointed at the service I encountered on my recent visit which should have been to see the hygienist followed by the dentist. Even though it was all written down on my appointment card, when I arrived, the reception staff had no knowledge of my booking. They kindly were able to slot me into see the hygienist straight away but neither of the two dentists that were normally there on a Friday were around. Hence I had to re-book and go back and see my dentist the following day. The appointments were fine as usual with good service etc. What is slightly frustrating though is that the monthly direct debit was recently increased and I didn't expect to encounter this type of situation, with the electronic booking system etc. I'm sure it was just a one--off!

My experience at Kingsend Dental Ruislip was very positive. I went for the hygienist and she was so gentle and kind. I'm a very nervous patient and have very sensitive teeth, but she cleaned them so gently that I didn't even need any injections for the pain. I will definitely go again in 6 months. Professional, friendly and well run practice. They will always do their best to accommodate your needs and wishes. Very honest too which I consider to be a bonus these days.

Great service, seen promptly and professionally, had an emergency appointment on the 04/11/21 and had an infected molar extracted, not a great fan of getting my teeth pulled out but i felt no pain, the staff at this surgery are first class and I would recommend this surgery to all who are thinking of attending, many thanks

My first time at the dentist in years and it was a really pleasant surprise. Nav's bedside manner was excellent and he spent time building rapport with me and making me feel comfortable. He gave me lots of information and answered all my questions comprehensively and even polished my teeth while i was there. Highly recommend!
