The service at this place is absolutely brilliant, the staff is polite, respectful and very quick. They also have recommendations for people who might not know what they are looking for.. Even when they are busy they give their customers individual attention without ignoring others which we have experienced at other shops..

Fantastic service. Very friendly approachable staff who repaired my jewellery quickly and to a high standard. The store is very pleasant and includes a comfy waiting area with sofas and a lovely fish tank. Lots of beautiful jewelry available at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Very rude and unprofessional, have no customer service at all. I was asking for the price of an item and the breakdown and the guy would refused to give the price of the breakdown he was charge a lot more than usually. I think he didn’t expect me to know my stuff and my working out, the guy was charging £4k more on top of the gold price which was daft, i went mangla jewelers instead and they were great, they knew there working out and were very open and honest. Never go to these people again.
