Having obtained 3 local estate agency quotes, we chose Brimelow for: local presence and location; attractive online presence with quality house video tours; professional staffing; and their advice to set a realistic initial price. I sold my flat in Whalley Range through JP & Brimelow and cannot fault their service. My experience was 5* throughout; from their initial visit and valuation, to looking after the logistics of viewings, to negotiations over offers and management of the contract and completion process, everything was excellent, prompt and professional. I recently used JP & Brimelow to both buy and sell a property and couldn't recommend them enough. They always responded to my questions quickly and honestly and were very patient with me chasing a lot in the last few weeks of the process due to a hold up elsewhere in the chain. Carole and Vicki were particularly helpful throughout. I would highly recommend using their suggested estate agents and mortgage advisors as they were also excellent (having had experience of how many issues bad solicitors can cause in a chain).

Thank you to all the team at JP & Brimelow for helping us sell our home in Chorlton! After having dealt with them beforehand and having experienced an excellent service we felt there was no other estate agent in Chorlton to use. Their communication skills were first rate particularly Carole and Vicky who frequently updated us throughout the entire sales cycle. The whole process was remarkably stress free thanks to the professionalism, hard work and dedication of all the team. I would recommend them to anyone embarking on a house sale in the future.
