I'm not sure why you have stopped doing men's size 39 shoes.. used to buy loads from your store... is there a reason for this?????

I have visited Jones a few times, buying a certain lady in my life her favourite presents .. I am always impressed with the brand!

I called into the Brighton store yesterday and was served by an extremely helpful lady named Evi Qureshi. I can’t thank her enough for her patience and professionalism. Having run businesses of my own It’s clear this lady is passionate about her work. Look after her as employees such as Evi are hard to find 😊

Refunded me without argument. Lovely classic boots. Wouldn't have returned if I hadn't ordered the wrong size by accident.
