As a manager of a kwik fit, customer service is a high priority to us.. I was only out shopping for new trainers. After being in three shop one of which a worker ignored me only to hear her talking to a member of public about pubbing at weekend. I began to feel a waisted day.. on my way out of centre I popped into your establishment. I was acknowledge straight away. Hello,how are you.she waited for my response and listened to my reply.. then she ask if she could help and said if I found what I looking for she gladly help.. ater 15mins of looking I ask for some advise,both girls working help me choose.. excellent customer servce and very polite. Hopefully your area manager will see this.. Thank you lee

Quite a lot of choice. Expensive. If you're gonna get vans you might as well go to the band store as they have better soles there. Men's and women's available. Most of them are casual shoes. A few smart ones. What the hell are those absolute dinosaur stompers about. Ugly.

Always excellent customer service. They did not have what I wanted in store but worked with me to help me find a gift for my son. I would always shop there over the competitors due to the high level of customer service.

Visited this outlet with family from abroad and found our shoes we wanted quickly, efficiently, and complete with a huge saving too. Staff here seemed very welcoming and took a desired interest in the customers needs which was great to see. The sales assistant was professional and helpful in his job role. Offered to dispose of our old shoes if wanted to which wasn't too much trouble.. Would recommend seems a nice friendly store.

Staff here spent a lot of time with my 4 year old son trying lots of different shoes on, they measure children's feet correct here

I was helped by a most charming young man. Even got a lovely bag on the house.

Bought some sandals, tried in store and they seemed to fit fine. After walking for 30 minutes I had the most awful blisters I’ve ever had in my life, I still have scars even though it’s been weeks since I put them on. Sent them back for a refund because the size up wasn’t in stock for an exchange. The communication was dreadful, I sent pictures of the blisters and the scars that remain because of them. I never got a reply and they sent the shoes back without even telling me. Avoid Schuh, so many better options with much better customer service. Update: Schuh replied asking me to email customer services. I have done so twice, it has been 3 weeks and I have not had a reply. A complete joke, definitely suggest going elsewhere.
