Had the most amazing massage! My masseuse noticed I had a lot (and I mean A LOT 😅) of knots in my upper back so spent the majority of the time working on that — I definitely appreciated this as I felt golden after! It’s inside the beautiful Taj 51 Buckingham Gate hotel so you can expect great service and elegant decor. Highly recommend ☺️

I cannot urge strongly enough to avoid this spa. The unprofessionalism that I experienced during the massage is appalling, especially considering the extortionate prices that they are charging. During the £180 massage treatment, I was jolted by the masseuses phone vibrating which was located on the massage table. It proceeded to go off another 5-10 times. Not only did she not apologise or even comment on it, she actually picked up her phone and continued to text back and forth (one hand massaging the other using the phone). From that point on I was livid but was then faced with the decision of confronting her then and making the rest of the massage awkward or stifling that and trying to enjoy the rest of the treatment. I opted to wait but the rest of it was ruined. The entire experience falls embarrassingly short of the 5 star standard. They are masquerading as being something they are not. I have gotten vastly superior treatments for a fraction of the price.

We had a couple’s massage and my masseur Shafiga was amazing, the best massage I have ever had, she was unique in her style. We booked this experience for our anniversary and the staff including Olga and Silvya could not do enough for us. We will definitely be visiting again.
