If purchasing anything from this store make sure correct sizes on coat hangers, as staff play around and talk to one another instead making sure stock on floor is correctly labelled and on the right coat hangers, never answer the phone and when they do they hang up without speaking, all kids employed here. Check receipts on way out as they over charge north face coat stated £85 on tag when getting home had charged £90 plus left security tag on item, also put trainers at back od counter and get confused with other trainers give you same trainers except wrong size tried on and asked for. Constant mistakes every time we go this store. Will no longer have our custom

Horrific customer service never will i shop in there again will not exchange or refund my £100 only want to send off what i had bought for inspection as well as keep my money!! Total Joke

Absolutely fantastic shop. It has all ranges of popular brands such as addidas,nike, Polo, North faces etc you will find it in this shop

I liked it well laid out and smart, the only fault was only 2 cashiers on a row of 5 tills and a big quie on a Saturday, should of got more tills on.

•Good for clothes , shoes , bags and accessories •The music makes a great ambience •Sometimes the wait for the fitting rooms is long though •The staff are pretty helpful and especially nice at the tills •As a nice extra you can also get a nice strong pull bag ideal for school PE kits.

Queues moved quickly even though very busy on the last Saturday before Christmas, this was the only positive for me as I could get out quickly. I didn't see one member of staff wearing a face mask and 90% of the customers weren't either. Covid safety non existent and made me very uncomfortable.

No queue . There colleagues gave great service on the shop floor. Very attentive staff..All aware of what's happening around them...

This is my favorite sports shop for trainers and they had lots of great sales on this time great service and very knowledgeable and also quick and no pressuring the customer which I like !! 👍👌👏
