Nobody interested in helping. Plenty staff but looks like they were too tired to help. The Pakistani girl on checkout had an attitude. Thought she owned the place . If I was boss I would remove her from being on checkout to start cleaning and hoovering floor which in my opinion she is more suitable for. Decent gear but staff need to be properly trained on how to speak and deal with customers as they really have no clue about customer services.

One of my fav shops. I have not encountered an issue with the products or the staff. The staff are happy to help. Appear professional too. Received my order late (as it was busy after the Christmas period) but the member of staff remained patient, friendly and apologised for any inconveniences. When I enter JD Sports, I look forward to it.

I went in to buy trainers but the staff where busy being gangstars. Yep minimum wage gangstars so I didn't bother. I think quite a few customers walk out without being able to get what they want. I have tried other branches but they are all full of gangstar staff

Everything is genuinely spot on apart from the fact that they put the music on so loud that by the time you have finished shopping you have a horrible headache. The music really ruins the shopping experience. Turn the thing down or even better....turn it off!

Lovely sparkling clean outlet ! Unfortunately it is right next door to Sports Direct which has 90 percent more choices at much lower prices !! I went in looking for some football boots for my grandson and they only had approx 20 ish styles and quite expensive, went in next door and got him a pair of named brand boots and a pair of named brand trainers for less than I could have got a pair of football boots from JD.

I can honestly say that this Bradford store is the worst JD store that I've ever been to. Covid restrictions and regulations didn't apply to this place. Dirty, untidy with a large portion of the stock without prices on them. I requested prices for 4 items which took an age due to the amount of people in the store. This place is an absolute joke under the current regulations that should be under strict measures.
